Listen with your heart, meditate on God's Word
In our everyday lives, we are faced with challenges that hit at the core of our essence. Some things we can work through, some things we have no idea what to do, and some things we just have to let go and let God. We have to trust that He is in control ultimately knows what is best for each of us.
Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.” Proverbs 3:5-6 NKJV
You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart. (NASB)
May you have a very peaceful and fulfilling day. This is my prayer for you.
REFLECTION FOR TODAY: Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. (1 John 4:7).
Each of you have a blessed and prosperous day! Make a positive difference in someone’s life today.
Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever.
God loves us all and His love for us is ever lasting; it endures forever.There are several instances in the Bible where we are reminded of just how great His love is for us. We cannot begin to fathom the depth and breadth of
the mightiness of how much we are loved by our Heavenly Father. Giving thanks, singing praises, and worshiping our God is only fitting for the King of kings. Below is a video of one of my favorite songs by Chris Tomlin, “Forever.”
Matthew 28:5-7 ~ The angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. Then go quickly and tell his disciples: ‘He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him.’ Now I have told you.”
“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”
Jesus died for our sins. As we remember the events of Holy Thursday, let us be humble in heart and thankful in spirit for the sacrifices our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ endured on our behalf. On Thursday of Holy Week, He shared the Last Supper with His disciples, washed their feet, prayed with them, prayed in agony to God in the Garden of Gethsemane, was betrayed by Judas Iscariot, arrested by the temple guards, and denied by Simon Peter. He loved us unconditionally.
REFLECTION FOR TODAY: Our God is full of mercy and grace which He freely gives to us with every rising sun. Be blessed and filled with peace as you go about your day. This is my prayer for you. Amen.
Let all that you do be done in love.
Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it.
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
